Rainbow Graduation

Rainbow (or Lavender) Graduations are common occurrences at universities but are less common at California Community Colleges. These ceremonies - similar to smaller graduation celebrations for other groups of students (e.g. Raza Graduation at UCLA,  Pan African Graduation Celebration at CSU Long Beach) - allow students of a like community to celebrate their successes together. The Human Rights Campaign maintains a national database of lavender graduations; more specific and local links are below.
